There are many different ways to get the financial help you need when starting your business. This short course introduces you to the different sources of financing available to your business, as well as how to be well-prepared when meeting your banker to ask for a loan. You’ll also hear from a BDC expert who’ll explain which financial documents to bring and what other information you may need to have on hand when you meet with a banker.

At the end of the course, you’ll be able to work on your ideas in a handy travel journal—a great place to keep notes and start working on your financial plan. Your journal will also contain tips on, and additional resources for doing business in Canada.
