Financial fundamentals II

Building on the Financial fundamentals I e-learning, this course focuses on:

• Key financial practices that will strengthen your financial skills to help you become more effective in managing your business.
• How to prepare to make a loan request and speak with a banker to get the financing you need to grow your business.

You’ll meet different entrepreneurs and, with the guidance of a mentor, learn how they manage their financial challenges. This will provide you with insights into your business and increase your financial literacy.

The course covers the following topics:

1. Prepare a cash flow forecast to control your company’s finances.
2. Analyze your financial statements to properly monitor your profitability.
3. Learn about management reporting to understand how your business is performing.
4. Be credible and prepared when speaking with a banker to increase your chances of getting a business loan.
